Reggio Emilia, 15 dicembre 2021 - Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Cellularline S.p.A. (di seguito "Cellularline" o "Società"), azienda leader in Europa nel settore degli accessori per smartphone e tablet, quotata al Mercato Telematico Azionario - Segmento STAR, ha approvato in data odierna il calendario degli eventi societari per l'anno 2022.

Reggio Emilia, 15 December 2021 - The Board of Directors of Cellularline S.p.A. (hereinafter "Cellularline" or the "Company"), a European leader in the sector of accessories for smartphones and tablets listed on the STAR Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, today approved the following calendar of company events for the year 2022.

| 8 September 2022 | Board of Directors for the approval of the Consolidated half-yearly financial report as at 30 June 2022 |
| 10 November 2022 | Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim financial report as at 30 September 2022 |
