Annual General Meeting update

Further to the announcement of 6 December and in the light of recent developments concerning the Omicron variant of Covid, Cellular Goods (LSE: CBX) is making changes to the format of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 12 noon on 7 January 2022.

In accordance with the UK Government's guidelines on social distancing and the Government's request that people work from home wherever possible, shareholders are requested not to attend the AGM in person.  Entry to the AGM will only be permitted to those with evidence of double vaccinations and a booster injection, as well as proof of a negative lateral flow test taken within 24 hours of entry.

The Directors of the Company will not be attending in person and no presentations are planned.  Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy.

The Company will take questions from shareholders submitted in advance of the AGM via the following link: https://cbx.nz/AGM. Responses will be posted on the Company's website www.cellulargoods.co on 7 January 2022.
