RESULTS RELEASE FOR MAY 26, 2009

Netanya, Israel – May 13, 2009 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (TASE: CEL) (hereinafter: the "Company"), announced today that it will be releasing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009 on Tuesday, May 26, 2009.
The Company will be hosting a conference call later that day, at 10:00am ET. On the call, management will review and discuss the results and will be available to answer questions.
