Subject : Outcome of the Board Meeting held on April 06, 2026 of C.E. Info Systems Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing and Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

This is with reference to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing and Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”), at its meeting held today, i.e. April 06, 2026, commenced at 4:30 PM and concluded at 6:30 PM has inter-alia approved:

1. In addition to current role of CTO of the Company, Mrs. Rashmi Verma is also assigned additional role of Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company.

2. Mr. Shishir Kumar Verma is assigned to look after the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Gtropy Systems Private Limited and will also oversee Human Resources functions as CHRO for Gtropy Systems Private Limited and Mappls DT Private Limited, subsidiaries of the Company.

3. The transition of Mr. Rishin Kalra, as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of Gtropy Systems Private Limited.

Accordingly, the Board approved the aforesaid changes in designation of SMP’s, effective from April 06, 2026.
