Subject: Receipt of notification under Art. 69 section 1 of the PublicOffering Act

Legal basis: Art. 70 section 1 of the Offerings Act - purchase or saleof major stock package

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office inWarsaw, Jagiellońska 74 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company")hereby announces that it has received a notification filed in compliancewith Art. 69 section 1 of the act on public offering and conditionsgoverning the introduction of financial instruments to organized tradingand on public companies, by a shareholder of the Company, Mr. MichałKiciński, to the effect that, following the increase in the Companyshare capital which the Company disclosed in Current Report no. 61/2020of 4 December 2020, the proportion of votes controlled by Mr. MichałKiciński had changed.

The notification states that, as of the date of its filing, Mr. MichałKiciński controls 10 003 852 shares of Company stock, which afford 10003 852 votes.

Prior to the aforementioned increase in the Company share capital theseshares represented 10.41% of the Company share capital and accounted for10.41% of the total number of votes at General Meetings of the Company.

Following the aforementioned increase, the 10 003 852 shares of Companystock held by Mr. Michał Kiciński, affording 10 003 852 votes, represent9.94% of the Company share capital and account for 9.94% of the totalnumber of votes at General Meetings of the Company.

Additionally, the notification submitted by the shareholder states thathe does not control any subsidiary entities which hold Company stock,and that the circumstances identified in Art. 87 section 1 item 3subitem c of the Offering Act do not exist.
