Subject: Postponement of The Cyberpunk 2007 release

In relation to Current Report no. 14/2019 of 9 June 2019 the ManagementBoard of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw, Jagiellońska 74,hereby announces that it had undertaken the decision to postpone therelease of Cyberpunk 2077 until 17 September 2020.

The decision is connected with additional time required by the studio totest, bugfix and polish the game.

The studio believes that the quality of its games is the primaryfoundation on which the Group bases its economic success. The Boardbelieves that moving the release date is in the Group's best interestbecause it has a direct influence on the final quality of Cyberpunk 2077and, in consequence, the game's sales results — both long and short term.
