TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") hereby announces that on 30 November 2022 it wasnotified of the sale of 50.000 shares of the Company by a persondischarging managerial responsibilities at the Company - MichałNowakowski, a Member of the Management Board._#160;
Accordingto the information provided to the Company by the Member of ManagementBoard alongside the notification, the transactions described in thenotification exhausted the entire order submitted to the brokerage houseregarding the sale of shares of the Company._#160;
