The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw(hereafter referred to as "the Company") hereby announces that on 3September 2019 it was notified of the sale of Company stock by a persondischarging managerial responsibilities at the Company.
According to received notification, on 30 August 2019, Mr. PiotrKarwowski - Board Member of the Company sold 4,900 shares of Companystock on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.Theaverage price per share was 255,44 PLN.
