Assessment of the Supervisory Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. concerning the report on the Issuer's capital group's activities and its consolidated financial statement with regard to their consistency with accounts and documents, as well as

factual accuracy

Acting in compliance with § 71 section 1 item 12 of the Finance Minister's Regulation of 29 March 2018 concerning publication of periodic and current reports by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent the information required under the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland, 2018, item no. 757, published on 20 April 2018), the Supervisory Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw has determined the following:

• 1. The Supervisory Board hereby declares that the report on CD PROJEKT Capital Group activities and the consolidated financial statement of CD PROJEKT S.A. for the fiscal year ending on 31 December 2020 are consistent with accounts and documents, as well as being factually accurate.
• 1. The Supervisory Board expresses a positive assessment of the report on CD PROJEKT Capital Group activities and the consolidated financial statement of CD PROJEKT S.A. for the fiscal year ending on 31 December 2020, having familiarized itself with:
  2. 1) the report on CD PROJEKT Capital Group activities and the consolidated financial statement of CD PROJEKT S.A. for the fiscal year ending on 31 December 2020 as submitted by the Management Board of the Company,
  3. 2) an audit report concerning the consolidated financial statement of CD PROJEKT S.A. submitted by Grant Thornton Polska sp. z o.o. sp. k. with a registered office in Poznań,
  4. 3) the Audit Committee report concerning the course and results of its review of the accuracy of financial reporting at the CD PROJEKT Capital Group.
