Date of 2012/13 Full Year Results Announcement and Date of AGM

Dublin, London, 28 February, 2013: C&C Group plc ("C&C" or the "Group"), a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded cider and beer, today announces that its financial results for the 12 months ending 28 February, 2013 will be issued on 15 May, 2013.

C&C also announces that the Group's Annual General Meeting will take place on 3 July, 2013.
