Change in Nomination Committee in Catena AB

Considering the major ownership changes that have occurred in Catena, Stefan Dahlbo and Åsa Nisell have resigned from the Nomination Committee. CLS Holding plc has appointed Christer Sandberg and Erik Selin Fastigheter ABB appointed Christian Hahne as new representatives.

Thereafter, the composition of the Nomination Committee is:
