New Nomination Committee in Catena

Through a press release issued earlier today, Catena has announced that the company's previously announced Extraordinary General Meeting on October 16, for electing new members of the Board, has been cancelled and that (for formal reasons) a new notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday, October 25 concerning the same matter will be issued shortly. From the press release, it becomes apparent that Christer Sandberg, of CLS Holding plc, has been proposed as a new member of the Catena Board. Sandberg is currently a member of Catena's Nomination Committee.

As a result of the proposal that Christer Sandberg be elected new member of the Catena Board, he has resigned from the Nomination Committee effective today. CLS Holding plc has appointed Thomas Lundqvist as its new representative on the Nomination Committee, succeeding Sandberg.

Subsequently, Catena's Nomination Committee has the following new composition:
