Castellum invests half a billion SEK
Castellum has through the wholly owned subsidiary Eklandia Fastighets AB started a new construction on Lindholmen, Gothenburg, of a 10,400 sq.m. office property on land acquired during the spring 2011. The investment is estimated to SEKm 242 and will be completed during the first quarter 2013. Currently there are no signed leases in the property.
Further Eklandia has started a new construction of a 5,500 sq.m. warehouse property in Bäckebol, Gothenburg. The investment is calculated to SEKm 45 and will be completed during the fall 2012. Currently there are no signed leases in the property.
Aspholmen Fastigheter AB has acquired three fully let properties in Boländerna, Uppsala. The properties consist of 11,300 sq.m. of which 6,500 is warehouse/industrial premises, 2,400 sq.m. office premises and 2,400 sq.m. retail premises. Further, there are building rights of approx. 4,500 sq.m. The investment amounted to SEKm 81. The change of possession will take place on January 30, 2012.
Aspholmen has acquired a fully let office property in Fyrislund, Uppsala, of 2,840 sq.m. for SEKm 22. The change of possession has taken place.
Further Aspholmen has started reconstruction in the Aspholmen-area, Örebro, of approx. 2,000 sq.m. office premises. The investment is calculated to SEKm 16 and will be completed at the turn of 2011/2012.
In Fyrislund, Uppsala, Aspholmen has started reconstruction of 1,000 sq.m. warehouse and industrial premises and an extension of 1,200 sq.m. retail premises in a property of 10,170 sq.m. The investment is calculated to SEKm 16 and will be completed during the spring 2012.
Fastighets AB Briggen has started reconstruction of 3,770 sq.m. in an office property in Malmö. The investment is calculated to SEKm 29 and will be completed during the second quarter 2012.
Harry Sjögren AB has acquired a fully let industrial property in Fyllinge, Halmstad, of 4,400 sq.m. The investment amounted to SEKm 18. The change of possession has taken place.
