Director/PDMR Shareholding

Carr's (CARR.L), the agriculture, food and engineering group announces that Sue Holmes, the wife of Chris Holmes, Chairman, has today sold 12,500 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 169.10 pence per share.

Following the above transaction, Chris Holmes has an interest in 1,240,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.38% of the Company's issued share capital.
