Appointment of new Company Secretary

Carr's, the Agriculture and Engineering Group, today announces the appointment of Matthew Ratcliffe as Company Secretary and Group Legal Counsel with immediate effect, following the departure of Katie Wood.

Matthew joins Carr's from Progression Solicitors in Cumbria, where he spent seven years practising contentious and non-contentious work and led the firm's dispute resolution practice.

Following graduation from Durham University with Law LLB (Hons) and College of Law, Chester with a Post-graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (with distinction), Matthew trained at international law firm Pinsent Masons LLP and qualified in 2009.
