Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 22, 2024, Carnival Corporation (the “Company”) issued a notice of redemption for the entire outstanding principal amount of the Company’s 9.875% Second-Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2027 (the “2027 Notes”) to be redeemed on February 1, 2024 at a price equal to 104.938% of the principal amount of the 2027 Notes to be redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date.

This disclosure does not constitute a notice of redemption with respect to the 2027 Notes.
