Carasent ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to previous announcement on May 26, concerning a completed private placement in Carasent ASA. The share capital increase pertaining to the private placement is now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (“Foretaksregisteret”). The new share capital of the Company is NOK 87 968 197 divided into 66 042 190 shares at NOK 1.332 per share.
