In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Capral Limited (ABN 78 004 213 692) ( Capral ) advises that Kim Bradley Ware has resigned as a Company Secretary of Capral effective 19 April 2023.
The Board wishes to thank Ms Bradley for her contribution as Company Secretary.
Lauren Osbich has been appointed as a Company Secretary of Capral effective 19 April 2023.
Tertius Campbell will continue in his existing role of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
