Share subscriptions based on stock options 2016A

Between 16 April 2021 and 30 April 2021, a total of 14,350 CapMan Plc new shares
have been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2016A. The entire
subscription price of EUR 7,462.00 shall be recorded into the invested non
-restricted equity fund.

As a result of the subscriptions, the number of CapMan shares increases to
156,617,293.

The shares subscribed for under the stock options have been registered in the
Trade Register on 28 June 2021, as of which date the new shares will establish
shareholder rights.

The shares will be traded on the Nasdaq Helsinki Plc. together with the old
shares as of 29 June 2021.

The share subscription period for stock options 2016A started on 1 May 2019 and
ended on 30 April 2021. CapMan will not grant new options from the stock option
plan 2016.
