CapMan’s Annual Report for 2020 published

CapMan has published its Annual Report for 2020 on its website at
www.capman.com/annual-reports/. The report includes the Report of the Board of
Directors, the Group Financial Statements, the Auditor’s Report and the
Corporate Governance Statement.

For the first time, CapMan publishes the Annual Report in accordance with
European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements with the format
of the report being Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (xHTML). In line with
the ESEF requirements, the primary statements of the Consolidated financial
statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. These XBRL tags have not been
subject to audit, but the information has been assured in accordance with the
international standard on assurance engagements ISAE 3000 by Ernst & Young,
Authorised Public Accountants. The Annual Review is available in pdf and xHTML
formats at www.capman.com/annual-reports/ and as attachments to this release.

The Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report have also been
published as separate pdf files at www.capman.com/shareholders/governance/ and
