This is to inform the Exchange that in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, the Central Government hereby extends the term of office of Ms.A.Manimekhalai, Executive Director, Canara Bank for a period of two years beyond her currently notified terms which expires on 10.02.2022, or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vide Notification No. eF.no. 4/2/2021-BO.I dated 26[th ] August 2021 of Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
