Announcement of the formation of a joint venture

Camellia Plc today announces the formation of a joint venture between its subsidiary Abbey Metal Finishing Limited ("AMFIN") and Aerotech Peissenberg GmBH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of OHB AG.

An agreement has been signed between the parties to incorporate a German company, Atfin GmbH (51% owned by AMFIN) to provide Etching services to major aerospace manufacturers in Peissenberg, Germany.
