F1: In connection with the issuer's Recapitalization (as described in the issuer's prospectus dated June 25, 2019) and upon consummation of the issuer's initial public offering, Vector Cambium Holdings (Cayman), L.P. ("VCH") received these Ordinary Shares representing the amount of unreturned capital and accumulated yield payable to holders of Class A Units of VCH, plus the residual share of the issuer's value attributable to VCH's ownership after such return, based on the initial public offering price of $12.

F2: These shares are directly owned by Vector Capital IV, L.P. ("VC IV").

F3: These shares are directly owned by Vector Entrepreneur Fund III, LP ("VEF III").

F4: Vector Capital Partners IV, L.P. ("VCP IV") is the general partner of VCH and VC IV. Vector Capital Partners III, L.P. ("VCP III") is the general partner of VEF III. Vector Capital, Ltd. and Vector Capital, L.L.C. are the general partners of each of VCP IV and VCP III. The board of directors of Vector Capital, Ltd. has the exclusive power and authority to vote, or to direct to vote, and to dispose, or to direct the disposition of, the shares held by each of VCH, VC IV and VEF III and therefore holds indirect voting and dispositive power over the shares held by each of VCH, VC IV and VEF III and may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of such shares. The Reporting Person is on the board of directors of Vector Capital, Ltd. and is a Managing Director of Vector Capital Management, L.P., and disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares in excess of his pecuniary interest in such shares.

F5: This option vests as follows: 25% vests on June 23, 2020, and the remaining 75% vests in 12 equal quarterly installments on a quarterly basis thereafter, subject to reporting person's continued service as of each vesting date and subject to acceleration upon certain events.
