Sub: Outcome of the Meeting of the Board of Directors held on January 31, 2026

Dear Sir / Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of California Software Company Limited (“the Company”) at its meeting held today, i.e. Saturday, January 31, 2026 , inter alia, considered and approved the following:

First and Final Call on Partly Paid Equity Shares

The Board approved the First and Final Call of ₹7.50 (Rupees Seven and Paise Fifty only) per partly paid-up equity share on the outstanding partly paid-up equity shares issued pursuant to the Rights Issue of the Company, in accordance with the terms of the Letter of Offer dated January 07, 2025, the Articles of Association of the Company and applicable provisions of law.

The Record Date for determining the eligible holders of partly paid-up equity shares for the said First and Final Call has been fixed as Thursday, February 05, 2026 .

The First and Final Call shall be payable on or before Friday, February 27, 2026 , in the manner specified in the First and Final Call Notice to be dispatched to the eligible shareholders.

The Board further noted that the intimation of the said Record Date has also been disseminated to the Stock Exchange(s) where the equity shares of the Company are listed. The ISIN IN9526B01012 representing the partly paidup equity shares of the Company shall be suspended for trading by the Stock Exchange(s) with effect from Thursday, February 05, 2026, in accordance with applicable regulations and exchange procedures.

The detailed First and Final Call Notice, including payment instructions, shall be dispatched to the eligible shareholders and shall also be made available on the websites of the Company, the Registrar to the Issue and the Stock Exchange(s).
