Notice of call of the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting 2020 and filing of documents
Milano, 27 March 20120 Cairo Communication S.p.A. informs that the notice of call of the General Shareholders' Meeting 2020 of the Company has been published today on the Company's website www.cairocommunication.it and is also filed in the authorised storage "eMarket STORAGE" () managed by da Spafid Connect S.p.A.. The abstract of the notice of call will also be published on the newspaper Corriere della Sera of 28th March.
The Reports of the Board of Directors on the item 2 and 3 on the agenda are also made available today to the public pursuant to applicable laws, among others at the registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Company's website www.cairocommunication.it.
