Byggma ASA, a company ultimately controlled by Geir Drangsland through Investor AS, has today 16 November 2022 purchased 20,000 shares in Norske Skog ASA (the "Company"). Byggma ASA will following completion of the share transaction hold 14,159,224 shares in the Company, corresponding to approx. 15,0 % of the total outstanding shares.

Consequently, Investor AS and its related parties will following completion of the share transaction hold in aggregate 19,675,061 shares in the Company, including the already held 5,515,837 shares corresponding to approx. 5,9 % of the Company's outstanding shares through the related party Drangsland Kapital AS.

In total, Investor AS and its related parties will hold 19,675,061 shares corresponding to approx. 20,9 % of the total outstanding shares in the Company.
