ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN BYGGMA ASA

Byggma ASA’s annual general meeting was held today, 31 May 2023. The general assembly approved the annual report 2022 including report from the board of directors, statement of profit or loss and balance sheet.

The board’s proposal of allocation of profit with allocation to other equity was approved.

Terje Gunnulfsen, Terje Sagbakken, Hege Aarli Klem and Liv Anne Drangsland Holst.

From the employees:

Torbjørn Østebø, Kjell Magne Gundersen og Morten Anseth.
