Early repayment of the "Buzzi Unicem SpA €500,000,000 – 2.125% Notes due 28 April 2023"
The Board of Directors of Buzzi Unicem, which has met today, taking into account the available liquidity and in order to optimize finance costs, has resolved to exercise the option to fully repay in advance the loan "Buzzi Unicem SpA €500,000,000 – 2.125% Notes due 28 April 2023", issued in 2016 and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, pursuant to the Terms & Conditions of the bond itself.
The early repayment of the entire amount of €500,000,000 plus accrued interests will be executed on 28 January 2023, subject to the necessary notifications to the bondholders.
