Presentazione candidatura per la nomina di un amministratore di Buzzi Unicem
Si rende noto che è stata resa disponibile sul sito internet della società www.buzziunicem.it, sezione Investor Relations/Assemblee degli Azionisti e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato gestito da Spafid Connect S.p.A. , la proposta pervenuta in data odierna, presentata da un gruppo di investitori istituzionali internazionali e nazionali, complessivamente titolari dello 0,697% del capitale sociale ordinario di Buzzi Unicem, per la nomina di un amministratore e che sarà sottoposta alla prossima Assemblea degli Azionisti, convocata per il giorno 10 maggio 2018 in prima convocazione.

Presentation of candidacy for the appointment of a Director of Buzzi Unicem
This is to inform that the proposal to appoint a Director, received today, submitted by a group of Italian and foreign institutional investors overall holding 0.697% of the common stock of Buzzi Unicem, has been made available to the public on the website www.buzziunicem.it, Investor Relations/Shareholders' Meetings, as well as on the authorized storage system , managed by Spafid Connect SpA. and will be submitted to the next General Meeting of Shareholders convened on 10 May 2018 on first call.
