Decesso consigliere Oliviero Maria Brega
Con grande tristezza e rammarico si comunica che poco prima di Natale, a seguito di una malattia incurabile, è mancato il nostro consigliere indipendente Oliviero Maria Brega.
Oliviero Brega stava svolgendo il suo secondo mandato di consigliere Buzzi Unicem ed era stato nominato con la lista di minoranza presentata da un gruppo di investitori istituzionali internazionali e nazionali. A decorrere dal presente mandato era anche membro del Comitato Controllo e Rischi.
Oliviero Brega ha esercitato il suo ruolo con passione ed impegno, contribuendo sempre in modo costruttivo alle decisioni del consiglio. Era anche un uomo assai gentile ed educato.
La società e l'intero consiglio di amministrazione si associano al dolore della famiglia, esprimendo vicinanza ed affetto.

Death of our director Oliviero Maria Brega
With great sadness and regret we announce that shortly before Christmas, following an incurable illness, our independent board member Oliviero Maria Brega has passed away.
Oliviero Brega was in his second term as director of Buzzi Unicem. He was appointed with the minority list submitted by a group of Italian and foreign institutional investors. Since the present mandate he was also a member of the Control and Risk Committee.
Oliviero Brega carried out his role with passion and commitment, contributing always in a constructive manner to the board's decisions. He was a very gentle and polite man, too.
Buzzi Unicem and the entire board of directors share the pain of the family, by expressing closeness and affection.
