New employee representative appointed to the Bulten AB (publ) board

Lars Jonsson has been appointed new employee representative to the Bulten AB (publ) ("Bulten") board.

Lars Jonsson will take on his duties as employee representative with immediate effect and for a term of office of three years. Lars has been employed at Bulten's plant in Hallstahammar since 1984 where he has worked as a machine operator until two years ago when he switched to an employment as tool maker.

Thure Andersen will remain as deputy.
