New Deputy Employee Representative in FinnvedenBulten's Board of Directors

Peder Johansson has taken up the position as deputy employee representative in the Board of Directors in FinnvedenBulten AB (publ) as representative of Unionen.

Peder Johansson has been employed by the company since 1986 and is Application Engineer within division Finnveden Metal Structures. He has no other board assignments and does not own any shares in the company.

Peder Johansson replaces Maria Knutsson, who resigns from her assignment as deputy employee representative in FinnvedenBulten's Board owing to that she will soon be leaving her employment with the Group.
