DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The following amendment has been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 11 December 2020 at 08:56 under RNS No 36471:

-       The price per share has been amended from 8.05 pence to 805 pence.

Britvic plc (the "Company") was notified on 10 December 2020 that John Daly (Non-Executive Chairman), a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"), has purchased 5,000 ordinary shares ("Shares") of 20 pence each at a price of 805 pence per share. 

As a result of this transaction, the interests of the above Director and PDMR and their connected persons in the Company's Shares are as follows:
