Britvic plc (the "Company") was notified on 4 February 2020 that Simon Litherland, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"), exercised and sold Shares1 granted under the Company's Executive Share Option Plan (Approved)  ("ESOP Approved"), under the Company's Executive Share Option Plan (Unapproved) ("ESOP Unapproved") and under the Performance Share Plan (Nil cost) ("PSP") as follows:

This holding fulfils more than twice the requirement that applies to the CEO under the Company's approved Remuneration Policy.
