NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Britvic plc ("the Company") was notified on 11 January 2018, that the following transaction has taken place in relation to the Britvic Irish Profit Sharing Scheme ("APSS") on 10 January 2018.  The APSS is an all-employee trust arrangement, under which employees are able to receive allocations of free ordinary shares in the Company of 20 pence each ("ordinary shares") ("free shares").

1.      The APSS trust subscribed for 29,918 ordinary shares on 10 January 2018 at nominal value (£5,983.60).  A total of 29,918 shares were allocated by the APSS Trust to employees participating in the APSS as free shares.

2.      The director and person discharging managerial responsibilities named below was allocated 193 free shares as a participant in the APSS, for no consideration.
