Britvic plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification on 1 December 2017 that Doug Frost exercised share options over 42,195 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") granted under the Company's Executive Share Option Plan (ESOP) and Performance Share Plan (Nil Cost Options) (PSP) as set out below:
