CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S PARTICULARS

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that, as announced by Persimmon plc today, Simon Litherland, CEO of the Company, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 3 April 2017.  Simon will also be appointed as a member of the Company's Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees on the same date.
