Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 18, 2021, Dana C. O’Brien, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of The Brink’s Company (the “Company”), gave notice to the Company of her resignation, effective November 5, 2021. Ms. O’Brien is resigning to pursue another public company general counsel opportunity. There are no disagreements between the Company and Ms. O’Brien on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices that led to her decision to depart the Company.
