DISPATCH OF SCHEME BOOKLET

Aurumin Limited (ASX:AUN) ( Aurumin or the Company ) refers to its proposed schemes of arrangement under which Brightstar Resources Limited (ASX:BTR) ( Brightstar ) may acquire 100% of the shares and options of Aurumin pursuant to a share scheme of arrangement ( Share Scheme ) and an option scheme of arrangement ( Option Scheme ) (together, the Schemes ).

Aurumin is pleased to announce today the dispatch of the explanatory statement providing information about the Schemes and containing the notices of Scheme Meetings ( Scheme Booklet ) following orders by the Supreme Court of Western Australia that Aurumin convene the Scheme Meetings,[a] and the registration of the Scheme Booklet with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.[b]

Capitalised terms in this announcement that are not otherwise defined have the meaning given to them in the Scheme Booklet.

The Scheme Booklet has been dispatched as follows:

1. Aurumin Securityholders who have elected to receive physical communications from Aurumin have been sent a physical copy of the Scheme Booklet, a personalised Proxy Form, an Opt-in Notice (for Small Shareholders) and a reply-paid envelope (Australian registered addresses) or self-addressed envelope (overseas addresses);

2. Aurumin Securityholders who have made no election as to how they receive communications from Aurumin and do not have an email on file have been sent the attached letter (as applicable) by post containing instructions about how to view or download a copy of the Scheme Booklet, a Proxy Form, an Opt-in Notice (for Small Shareholders) and a reply-paid envelope (Australian registered addresses) or self-addressed envelope (overseas addresses); and

3. Aurumin Securityholders who have not elected to receive communications from Aurumin by post and have an email on file have been sent an email containing similar details to the attached letter (as applicable) and an Opt-in Notice (for Small Shareholders).

The Scheme Booklet (including the Independent Expert’s Report) is also available for viewing and downloading at www.aurumin.com.au.

Aurumin Securityholders should carefully read and consider the Scheme Booklet in its entirety, including the materials accompanying it, before deciding how to vote at the Scheme Meetings.
