The Company was informed on 16 June 2017 that Matthew West had sold 77,500,000 Blenheim ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 June 2017 and 14,500,000 Ordinary Shares on 15 June 2017 and now holds 34,850,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.57 per cent. of the Company's  total voting rights.
