SAYE Share Scheme

Braemar Shipping Services plc (LSE: BMS), a leading international provider of broking, consultancy, technical and other services to the shipping and energy industries is pleased to announce that it has launched a Save as You Earn ("SAYE") share scheme for all employees, under which employees have been offered the opportunity to participate in the future growth of the Company via share option arrangements.

Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options over ordinary shares of 10 pence ("Ordinary Shares") with an exercise price of 402.67 pence per share, a 20 per cent. discount to the average closing middle price of the Ordinary Shares over 3 days before the invitation to participate was made on 15 June 2015. The options have a savings contract start date of 1 August 2015 and are exercisable between 1 August 2018 and 1 February 2019. 

A total of 239 employees elected to participate, and pursuant to this a grant of 353,254 options over Ordinary Shares was made on 7 July 2015, equating to 1.17 per cent. of the current issued share capital.

James Kidwell has elected to participate in the SAYE share scheme and is included in the total figures above. As a result of this option grant, James Kidwell has the following interest in shares under options:
