Purchase of shares by a director

The Company was informed that Jürgen Breuer, Non-executive Director, acquired 6,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 455 pence per share on Wednesday 28 January 2015.  

Accordingly, Mr Breuer has a beneficial interest in 6,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
