Sub: Withdrawal of rating assigned to the Bank Loan Facility of BPL Ltd. aggregating Rs. 28.00 Crs. (Rupees Twenty Eight Crores Only).

Ref: Our letter BWR/BLR/HO/SRC/SAK/2402/2021-22 dated 06Jul2021.

We refer to your letter dated 27 June 2022 requesting withdrawal of the rating assigned for the Bank Loan Facility of Rs. 28.00 Crs. of BPL Ltd. and the company's subsequent submission of No Objection Certificates (NOC) issued by the lender, Union Bank of India.

Based on your request, Brickwork Ratings has reaffirmed the rating and simultaneously withdrawn the rating of BWR B / Stable / BWR A4 assigned to the Bank Loan Facility aggregating Rs.28.00Crs. (Rupees Twenty Eight Crores Only) with immediate effect.
