BPER Banca: resignation of the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors

Modena – 28 April 2021. BPER Banca informs that Mr. Nicola Bruni has communicated his irrevocable resignation from the office of Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, strictly and solely for personal reasons, with effect from the date of the next Shareholders' Meeting which will be called to proceed with the integration of the Board of Statutory Auditors following the results of the appointment process held at the Shareholders' Meeting of 21 April 2021.
