Credit Ratings Update

On 22 December 2014, as part of a review of the ratings of several European oil and gas majors, Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services affirmed the A / A-1 credit ratings of BP p.l.c. and its key subsidiaries, but revised the outlook to negative from stable.
