Greenvale Mining NL Remuneration Boss Energy holds over 3.9 million shares in Greenvale Mining NL giving the exceeding 9% of the base salary. Company an interest in Performance Nil large oil shale projects in related Queensland.

In accordance with ASX guidelines requiring listed entities to disclose the relevant terms of the Managing Director’s remuneration, Boss Energy Limited (ASX: BOE ) reports the following relevant terms of the Executive Services Agreement between the Company and the Managing Director Leigh Ryan.


Duration of Contract	Fulltime ongoing.
Services	Those services usually required of a Managing Director of a Company of the size and nature of Boss Energy.
Remuneration	Mr Ryan will be paid a salary of $260,000 per annum plus statutory superannuation not exceeding 9% of the base salary.
Performance related	Nil
Termination	The agreement provides that the services of Mr Ryan can be terminated by giving three months notice. No termination payments are payable.
