RETIREMENT OF CHAIRMAN
Boss Resources Limited (ASX: BOE) advises that Mr Robert Grover has retired as Chairman of the Company and its subsidiaries at the AGM of the Company held on 30 November 2012.
The Board of Boss wishes to convey its gratitude and best wishes to Mr Grover, along with acknowledging the significant contribution he has made towards shaping Boss into the exploration company that is today.
The Company also wishes to advise that Oonagh Malone has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary effective immediately.
