Oslo Børs has received an application from Borr Drilling

Limited for temporary admission to trading on Merkur Market

of the new shares issued in connection with the private

placement, as further described in the stock notice from the

company dated 9 October 2017. The new shares are expected to

be admitted to temporary trading in the period commencing on

11 October 2017 and until a listing prospectus for the new

shares has been reviewed and approved by the Norwegian

Financial Supervisory Authority ("FSA"). This is expected to

take place on or about 20 October 2017. The temporary traded

shares will then as soon as possible be transferred to, and

listed at, Oslo Børs.

The new shares to be admitted to temporary trading on Merkur

Market are registered with a different ISIN and ticker than

the company's original shares currently being listed at Oslo

Børs.
