Borr Drilling Limited - Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to Borr Drilling Limited's (the "Company")

stock exchange notice on 9 October 2017 relating to the

successful completion of an equity offering.

Schlumberger Oilfield Holdings Limited ("Schlumberger") has

been allocated a total of 12,500,000 new shares at a

subscription price of US$ 4.00 in the equity offering.

Schlumberger will after the share issue have an ownership of

75,658,500 shares in the Company, which represents

approximately 15.8% of the total number of shares

outstanding.
