Bong appoints Kai Steigleder as new CEO

• Kai Steigleder appointed new CEO for Bong group as of today
• Kai will further strengthen the transition towards retail and light packaging

The board of directors has appointed Kai Steigleder as the new CEO of the Bong group. Kai has a long history within the group and has served as the Managing Director of Bong's Central European business, Bong's largest business unit. Prior to joining Bong Kai worked as sales director within packaging for Smurfit Kappa.

Håkan asked to leave the company and the board has accepted. Bong and Håkan has agreed that Håkan will stay with Bong for a period of maximum six months to ensure a smooth transition and hand over to Kai.
